Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative team management:

• Apply creative workload process and briefs management procedure, employ tools for better communication between creative team and partner teams.

• Overview and technical support team members to achieve amazing objectives and common goals.

• Produce guideline and creative materials guideline for consistency processes and outcome.

• Lead Production team and coordinate with vendor in producing from pre to post all video materials.

• Mentoring young member and Coaching creative thinking.

• Continuously updating trendy graphic style, analyze and evaluating the takes for applying.

• Generative AI application in reporting and researching.

• Equipments management.

2. Projects and events management:

• Develope concept and moodboard, pitching ideas and delivering ideas to productions for events, branding campaigns.

• Constantly checking up and thoroughly following the sprint to react timely on any emergencies.

• Lead brainstorming session to produce insights and Ideas to projects.

• Supervise Event on-site, media lead and coordinate gala agenda.

3. Multimedia Design Expertise:

• Graphic Design: work on briefs from social teams to create images, graphics involving Typography, Layout, and Brand Guideline for the most suitable Social Media Materials. Sketching and Illustrate ideas with Illustrator. Crafting high quality print material with deep understanding in print graphic and experience in working with Print Vendor, understand well the material of printing (paper, textile, hiflex...).

• Web Development: Deep understanding of HTML5/CSS, provide clean and responsive-ready layout with Figma, building prototypes and guidelines, elements to optimize web loading.

• Video production: Capable of single handedly handle the whole production of a Mid-size Budget Viral video like Corporation Intro, Rewind... Work with content for the whole content of the video, Writing screen play and planning every shot in pre-productions, manage equipments and resources on site, Directing scenes, photographic views. Post production with Premier Pro, After Effects and Audition in Editing collective shots, Color grading, VFX + Motion Editing. Can fly a Flycam (experience crash before and pay the price, so trust me.). Handle well, balancing Gimbal from any brands, Deep knowledge in Cameras and Lenses (Hosting more than 2 Workshops about Photography).

• Livestream: Experience in handling livestream session alone, with a pc and webcam provided by IT Team, knowledge in equipment from cameras to sound deck and lightings. Coordinate smoothly with IT for internal streaming sessions. Supervise vendor, ensure the program went smoothly.

• Photography: Deep knowledge in photography include (Framing, Lighting, Studio Setting, Retouching, Portraits, Equipments Specification). Can operate a minimal studio inHouse with limited resource and produce excellent materials for branding, keyvisual campaigns and many social media contents.
